Hair care!

It's been awhile since I made a post, so I figured I'd do one on hair care. I've tried a few new things lately and love them. I won't drag out this post, I'll cut to point whether they're worth it or not.

I've been using this kitiko spray for a few months and I love it! My hair tangles really easy, and I also felt like it was breaking and damaged. I do feel like my hair has been so much better since I started using this and switched to the Joico moisture recovery Shampoo and aconditioner. I've also been LOVING Fanola purple shampoo. The bottle is a bit messy so I couldn't get a picture but it's by far the best purple shampoo I've ever used. It's made in Italy! I love Italy so much so had to give a try. It's almost as strong as a toner honestly. My hair got brassy on my last trip. I was just using regular Suave shampoo there and swimming a lot without chlorine stripping shampoo  but I used this stuff twice and my hair is back to the way it was. I also don't think my hair has gotten much drier since using it. Be careful, I'm not sure if the kind sold on Amazon is real. I bought mine from Salon Guys which I recommend as its authentic, and you're taking a gamble on Amazon. I feel like it's a 10, is pretty good anti heat spray. Some people say they don't like it on their but some other rave about it. So I guess it depends, but I do like it. I also love the Paul Mitchell "super skinny" serum! It's pretty cheap, but it pretty good just to smooth your hair.

It's a ten miracle leave in

Paul Mitchell Super skinny serum - they have it in salons at walmart too. Honestly a little goes a long way so I don't see the point in buying a bottle bigger than the travel size. Hair products expire too, so I tend to make sure I use everything within 6-8 months.

Fanola purple shampoo - use code Fanola 10 and get 10% off, also free shipping over $79

Kitiko

So I was sent these by Lux Beauty Club! I have never tried extensions before so I'm only going off what I know. These are the "27/613" starter kit. I believe they are synethic hair, but I still managed to straighten them no problem. The issues I did have with them is that they tangled easy and they didn't match, so I wasn't able to die them. If you're going to go with synthetic make sure they match! I will say I was surprised they weren't real hair because they did seem good quality. They're only $29.99 so worth it if you starting out!!!

E.l.f Massaging Eye Wand

E.l.f Massaging Eye Wand

Not gonna lie, when I first saw this, I was really confused because it looks like a vibrator lol. But when I read about it, I was excited to try it. Basically it heats up, and lightly vibrates while you apply undereye cream/gel. I thought for sure it was just another one of those products that seem too good to be true. But I can honestly say I think it really does help with the application process. Plus the heat feels really good in the morning. I know that a lot of cooling products have good effects, but I don't like putting coldness on my face, especially in the morning. The Wand retails for $25, and you can buy it off the site which I'll link below.

How to use : Make sure you have the battery in, and the cap is removed. I dab the wand in undereye cream/serum and go ahead and dab it under my eye. As you press against your eye just lightly press the middle sensor. And lightly spread the product around your eye. It only takes a couple seconds to heat up.

Final thoughts? I really like it. I honestly didn't think it would work. I try to be as honest as possible, as I wouldn't want any of my followers to waste money, especially because it's priced at $25. I'm 28, so I don't have a wrinkles or fine lines. But I do have the beginning of lines under my eyes, which is to be expected once you hit about 25. I noticed that with the wand, it helps the product really get absorb in that area and I think it's a noticeable difference. I'm going to use this on my mom and see if she notices a difference. I definitely think it's worth a try!!

Cailyn Cosmetics O! Wow brush

Hey everyone! Looks like I haven't made a blog post in awhile so I'm super excited to update on a few things I've been using beauty wise! Hope everyone is having a great week. I'm actually on my way to the Airport at the moment. Lately ive been really into beauty and makeup. So I hope that the new posts I make are of interest to you all!

I was sent this foundation brush from Cailyn Cosmetics and I've been using it everyday since. I'm so used to using sponges and regular brushes, but this is so much easiegr! Plus it doesn't leave any streaks on my face! I usually use a brush to apply foundation then I go in with a sponge to remove any access product. But with this I don't need too because it blends so flawlessly. I try to be as honest as I can with my reviews because I would never recommend something I wouldn't buy.  It's definitely something worth every penny, and in this case something I'd go out and buy. The brush retails for $32, and I'll leave a link below to buy it. It's really easy to clean and it comes with a cap so that you can store it away from touching anything.

I have always considered myself a beginner with makeup, but I love that I'm learning more as I go. In this picture I am wearing Lime Crime Red Velvet. I actually started wearing blue contacts lately and I am loving them so much. It's amazing how changing your eye color can change your whole look. I used the Cailyn O! Wow brush to apply FIT foundation. I'm also wearing Black Milk Clothing (I know shocker!) lol. This top is called the Important Date Wifey top!

Last few weeks I decided to go a bit blonder, and I'm very happy with the results. I was afraid the color would wash me out, but I love it. For anyone out there with bangs, balayage can be a bit scary because you never know how it will blend with your bangs. At first I skipped coloring them and the look was extremely unbalanced. Luckily I found a good stylist who helped wash out the brassy yellow and add more of a ashy blonde with chunky bits in the bangs. If you have straight bangs I suggest either putting the balayage lower in the hair and keeping the top portion dark. Or doing what I did-add chunky bits to your bangs and have the bayalage start up nearer the roots. I'm going to make another post soon about hair care :)

Hope you all enjoyed this review!

Harry Potter (Created with Cow Cow)

Cow Cow gave me the opportunity to work with them and create a couple pieces recently! Naturally I went went Harry Potter themed stuff being the Hogwarts nerd I am lol. How cute is this bag and little wallet? They also sent me a couple other things :)

If you don't know about Cow Cow, it's a company that allows you to design your own stuff by simply choosing an item you want and then uploading an art print that will be printed on it. Make sure the art picture you pick is high quality so it turns out the best quality! I will definitely be working with them again in the future, I think next time I'll do a onesie pajama set with my cat and dogs picture all over it lol! The options are limitless.

How cute is this bag? I'm a HUGE Draco fan so I absolutely adore it. It took me awhile to deliberate what picture to use because there's so many Harry Potter art pictures to choose from.

The quality is Cow Cow is great as long as you choose a good quality image! They have offered my followers a discount if you use the following :

Sabo Skirt Polka set

Quick blog post! Sorry I haven't been as active lately I haven't been able to do any pictures outside my house for a bit. But I'll have some up within the next couple of weeks.

I love how fresh and pretty this set is. It runs very true to size so need to size up. If however you are on the lower cup size maybe consider sizing down as it has tons of stretch to it. I love the daisy detail on the crop and how it looks like there's pearls all over the skirt. If you haven't bought from Sabo Skirt before, I highly recommend them if you want something that's unique to the current styles celebs are wearing but different enough from what the other stores are selling. They're based in Australia so the sizing runs maybe a tad smaller but not enough you should worry about sizing up.

The Femme Fatale Skirt

I LOVE this skirt! It takes a little effort to zip this one up since it's supposed to fit like a glove. My advice is to stick to your normal size because I made the mistake of sizing down and had to exchange it for an XS.
